Potential ALTcoin to buy in December 2021

Recently, crypto trader Michaël van de Poppe uploaded a video revealing the top altcoins to buy in December 2021. With the blast of decentralized finance (DeFi) and the increased usage of smart contracts, altcoins of the best companies in the blockchain space are about to surge.

In addition, Michaël van de Poppe named the most promising altcoins to buy in December 2021.

First on the list is Ethereum (ETH), a smart contract platform for creating decentralized apps (dApps). It engineered its own programming language for smart contract solidity. At the time of writing, ETH trades at $4,412.06 with a 24-hour trading volume of $26.2 billion.

Second, Aave, a decentralized lending platform that offers higher interest rates than centralized lending with better security and anonymity. Aave is one of the leading lending protocols today. It offers borrowers a collateral higher than the amount they borrow into the loan smart contract. In addition, Aave proposes 10% APY for certain stablecoin loans with no know-your-customer (KYC) needed, a product truly unheard of in traditional finance.

Third, Cardano (ADA), a proof-of-stake blockchain platform that allows changemakers, visionaries, and innovators to bring about positive global change. At the time of writing, ADA trades at $1.45 with a 24-hour trading volume of $2.5 billion.

Fourth, Chainlink, this crypto brings outside data into smart contracts. Ethereum Smart contracts can now work on other asset prices, global occurrences and make calls to other APIs. Chainlink makes smart contracts really smart. It also incorporates real-world data. For example, it allows operators to hedge against a bad season.
