Elon Musk suspect the one to be Bitcoin creator Satoshi

Lately, Elon Musk is on a podcast, where he’s made statements about AI, Tesla, and cryptocurrency.

In this decade, Bitcoin became a $2,000 billion asset. Bitcoin was first proposed in 2008 by Satoshi Nakamoto, a pseudonym for who people believed could be one person or several people.

There have been many speculations about Satoshi Nakamoto, and some people have claimed that they know who the creator of Bitcoin is, but no one has come up with any convincing evidence.

In a Lex Fridman podcast on December 29, Elon Musk revealed some thoughts about Nakamoto’s identity.

Firstly, Musk denied being the Bitcoin creator, and he thought that Nick Szabo was probably the creator of the cryptocurrency.

You can look at the evolution of ideas before the launch of bitcoin and see who wrote about those ideas. It seems as though Nick Szabo is probably, more than anyone else, responsible for the evolution of those ideas,” he said.

“He claims not to be Nakamoto, but I don’t assume so. But he seems to be the one more responsible for the ideas behind bitcoin than anyone else.”

Szabo’s writing and uncanny report on Bitcoin

In 2014, a team of linguistic researchers studied Nakamoto’s bitcoin whitepaper alongside the writing of Szabo.

“The number of linguistic similarities between Szabo’s writing and the bitcoin whitepaper is uncanny,” the researchers said, adding: “None of the other possible authors were anywhere near as good of a match.”

Nick Szabo now has more than 300,000 followers on Twitter; some are crypto influencers such as CZ, Michael Saylor, etc.

Elon Musk said that he now only considers Nick Szabo the most likely person to be Satoshi Nakamoto. He has all qualifications to create Bitcoin.
